Golden Hands Award Listing
The Golden Hand Award is a statewide program of service recognition jointly presented by the Connecticut Association of the Deaf (CAD) and the National Association of the Deaf (NAD. It is given to men, women, and/or organizations actively and currently involved in a service to enhance the lives of deaf people in their communities through volunteering.
